- University degree; - Minimum 7 – 8 years of working experience in Finance with at least 3 years in the role of team manager; - 5 years working experience with Big 4 plus 1-2 year commercial finance function is preferred - Must be hands on and able to lead the team independently. - Self-motivated and a good problem solver. - Strong communication and leadership skills. - Able to work under pressure and manage multiple assignments. - Good command of written and spoken English, fluent Mandarin.
