- Minimum 10 years Global Fabric Sourcing experience (Asia, India, Middle East, South America, Africa) - Proven ability to evaluate mill capacity and quality of product - Excellent negotiation skills - High level of expertise in fabric performance, including textile construction, development, science, and engineering - Hands-on knowledge of printing and dying production methods - Full understanding of apparel testing requirements - Strong communication and organizational skills - Ability to identify problematic print designs and woven constructions - Demonstrated working knowledge of logistics, port procedures, and trade free zone processes - Familiarity with CTPAT requirements - Ability to travel overseas (Bangladesh, Cambodia, China, Egypt, Indonesia, Pakistan, Vietnam) - Large purchasing volume experience a must - Excellent verbal & written English and Mandarin - Degree in Textiles Science
