职责描述：	- To maximize sales/profit/trading income opportunities in exceeding company targets - To plan & execute product developments through the year - To source, design, develop & deliver cosmetics product according to the annual plan - To plan & market the products through merchandising, communication & promotion - Effectively manage of inventory, to avoid out-of-stock or exceeding company target - Quarterly change the design of planogrammed products - Timely deal with stock & promotion remnants - Regularly review & analyze product performance to maximize space utilization. - People management & development, team building
