职责描述：	-In charge of General Ledger & reporting and Fixed Asset(including insurance) function using Oracle Financials -Ensure on time monthly closing for the whole ledger -Responsible to handle annual statutory audit & all compliance check from internal audit -Responsible to lead system development/enhancement, e.g. Oracle Financials -Ensure robust control exists for all accounting process related to expenses,staff cost, fixed assets,other receivables and payables -Responsible to handle ad hoc issues and lead projects independently -Need to achieve continuous improvement in work efficiency and staff productivity. -Responsible to provide relevant financial analysis report to facilitate effective financial control -Able to lead a sizable team and achieve continuous improvement in team performanct
任职要求：	-University degree, Qualified Account(CICPA,ACCA,AICPA,ASCPA,etc) -Minimum 8-10 yrs of working experience in finance with at least 4 yrs in management team in a headquarter environment -5 yrs working experience with Big 4 is preferred -Must be hands on and able to lead the team indepently -Self-motivated and a good problem solver -Strong communication and leadership skills -Able to work under pressure and manage multiple assignments -Good commmand of written and spoken English,fluent Mandarin -A pro-active and supportive team player
