职责描述：	- Provide expert advice to cost centre/account owners on interpretation and implementation to the Group Financial Control policy and procedure requirements. - Conduct FCP gap analysis and follow up issues timely. - Monitor GL reconciliations and ensure timely declaration and escalation according to Financial Control Policy. - Manage the risk in Accounts Payable processing and Fixed Asset Management. Improve the process efficiency where possible. - Monitor operational risks and compliance risks in Country Finance in accordance with Group ORMA and Operational Risk Policy. - Involve in finance system projects and ensure financial control activities are timely updated to be effective in new system environment. - Support Group audit/Peer review and actively follow up on issues highlighted. - Assist Head of Financial Reporting and Risk on adhoc requirements from Senior Management and Group Finance.
任职要求：	- University graduate with a Bachelor's degree, preferably with major in Finance or Accounting; - Ability to work independently; - Previous audit experience in the banking sectors is preferred - Experience in managing a small team of qualified members; - Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills; - Sound knowledge in PC skills, especially EXCEL; - Self-motivator, willing to work under pressure; - Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarine
