1、Be strong on Infrastructure i.e. Hardware / Windows Desktop , Servers / Proxy / Anti Virus / Firewall / Routers / Citrix / LAN & WAN / Networking / etc.

2、Knowing application would be advantages but not necessary.

3、The candidate should be in Middle Management who has handled Infrastructure related projects.

4、Have good English skill.
