1) A proven record of financial control or audit leadership in fast-growth operations experiencing increasing complexity

2) A strong communication ability and proven experience in dealing with the CEO and the Audit committee of the Board

3) A working familiarity with credit operations, risk management procedures, and financial service products

4) Full professionalism in both technical and non-technical aspects with an independent mindset

5) Good work experience as head auditor who has a bigger picture in mind

6) Sound knowledge of PRC/HK SAR law and regulations

7) Strong understanding of the PRC market in view of both balances in business development and controls as well as identification of potential problems
