1. Bachelor and/or MS/MBA/MA degree or equivalent work experience. 2. Minimum 3 years experience in project management. 3. Good communications skills and the ability to work well with cross-functional teams and varying levels of management. 4. Fluent English and Mandarin (both oral and written). 5. Ability to function effectively in a fast paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 6. Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills, and experience applying these skills to resolve & negotiate solutions with cross-functional teams and stakeholders 7. Advanced MS Project, MS Power Point, MS excel skills, management or technical lead experience in software development will be a plus.
