1）Position leads and directs all production departments as well as support functions, which may or may not include Manufacturing Engineering, Production Planning & Scheduling, Purchasing, Materials Management, Facility IS, Building Services, Quality, HRD and Plant Finance
2）responsible for daily order fulfillment, EH&S, Quality and Continous Improvement activities, all targeted at achieving customer satisfaction goals as measured by the the company operating system metrics
3）reports to the Vice President of Operations and Technology at the corporate headquarters
