• Experience with fast growing companies a strong plus;

• Prior experience managing a 20+ person team in China is a strong plus;

• Education:bachelor's degree;

• Fluent written and spoken Chinese and proficient written and spoken English;

• Experience in understanding and assessing business processes, analyzing and assessing business process controls, identifying risks and linking business risks to the relevant controls and audit procedures;

• Must have superior written/verbal communication, people and client service skills;

• Ability to compile, analyze, and summarize data for communication;

• Strength in communicating effectively with both technicians and executives;

• Skilled in executive level presentations and briefings;

• Experience in a collaborative team environment, delegating workload and responsibilities;

• Demonstrated ability to handle heavy multi-tasking;

• Abroad skill set and progressive project management experience is also required;

• Experience managing financials, establishing and pitching budgets and implementing financial reporting.
