-Minimum 2 years solid training experience with exposure in multi-national company will be preferable; -Experience in conducting management courses or experience in managerial level is definitely advantage; -With confident personality and demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with all kinds of people; -Excellent presentation & interpersonal skills; -High level of computer literacy in presentation software. -Good command of English. |
