Duties Description：	- Provide solutions to assist business on ways to improve financial performance. - Develop systems and processes to ensure accurate physical inventory of finished goods, raw materials, packaging, and stock of spares / supplies. - Provide support and guidance to the plant finance staff to ensure that the “ true “ cost to manufacture products is captured; - Materials regularly reviewed and maintained, Absorption rates methodologies verified, Costing updated as needed; - Work closely with plant production staff to ensure a clear understanding of all processes and the financial impacts; make guidance on improving processes; - Coordinate and prepare the plant’s operating cost reports(variable and fixed costs), - Ensure compliance SAFE, Finance regulations
Representation request：	- University with Finance or Accounting Major background, MBA prefer - 1-2 yr Audit experiences in 4 big firms strongly prefer - 1-3 related working experiences. Good leadership and supervisory skills - Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other PC application - Fluency in English - Be able to communicate at all level; Self-disciplined, honest
