Duties Description：	1.Production management a)Ensure safety practices within the production b)Develop production plan (including Material Planning and Inventory Monitoring) and organize production/assembly of products to optimize productivity c)Manage production transfers from other entities of the Group: technology, work instructions, training, etc. d)Take full responsibility for process control and quality assurance 2.Technical support management. Ensure best solution for customers and quality installation as well as quality after-sales service, and coordinate with strategic partners 3.Industry standard. Participate in industry standard establishment and continuous update 4.Troubleshooting
Representation request：	1.Degree in mechanical engineering, experience in elevator companies preferred 2.+8 years working experience in construction industry, and at least 5 years in Production Management as Production Manager, Supervisor or Assistant Production Manager 3.Hands-on spirit, interested in working in a startup 4.Good command of spoken English and written English 5.Sufficient experience in quality management systems such as ISO9001 6.High team spirit and commitment, systematic and target-oriented working style, able to lead and motivate people
