1.The execution of the global sourcing strategies and supply management policy 2.Participate worldwide supplier selection and drive contract negotiation in alignment with execution of global sourcing strategies and manage global supplier relationship, solve storage and delivery incidents. 3.To manage supplier base in terms of number and quality of the suppliers and expand the china spend source for achieving competitive lead-time and cost 4.Conduct business case study and perform benchmarking in the market, identify significant Sourcing Cost Saving opportunity to ensure lowest cost solutions delivered to the Company, ensuring the cost roadmap of global sourcing strategies is implemented successfully. 5.Accountable for execution of introduction projects with supplier, e.g. supplier involvement in production creation processes and supplier integration in order fulfillment processes, as defined in the global sourcing strategies, ensuring a smooth introduction. 6.Develop and maintain Strategic Sourcing and Procurement Process, strategic vendor base, set up Contracts and Agreements with suppliers and third party 7.Contribute to the harmonization of processes across sites, based on best practices. Accountable for implementation of harmonized processes and use of tools and techniques on site. 8.Manage the sourcing function, ensure adequate resources and assures that the sourcing function is able to meet current and future challenges; ensure professional knowledge and competencies at required level to achieve world-class levels of excellence in Supply Management.
